15 Jul Carbon Laser Peel – The Must-Have Laser Treatment

Hollywood stars love it and embrace it before a big event. Bollywood and Lollywood have joined them to make it a staple face treatment. TV stars love it and now it’s your turn to try it. Works on all skin types so no stressing there.
It’s a great treatment if you’re new to lasers and are a bit nervous.
Its has been around for a while and has been given many different names. Some of which include:

- Carbon Peel
- Black Doll facial

Just the number of names tell you how good it is!
It works by using the concept of pigment shattering. Carbon black serum is applied thinly on the skin then massaged in and left to dry for 10 minutes.
This pigment gets into every little crack and crevice in the skin including your pores and latches onto it.
We then use a Laser at minimal heat to shatter out the pigment from the pores. The laser beam gets attracted to the black in the carbon and explodes the pigment thereby taking the following with it.
- Excess sebum, trapped oil
- Sweat build up, dry
- Grease
- Make up, mineral metallics eyeshadows etc, sprays primers
- Sunscreens
- Surface pathogens
- Skin gasses and toxins
- Environmental Pollution
- Skincare Residues
- Pigmentation
That’s a huge list, and there is more, whilst performing the treatment, 15 – 30 micros of dead skin cells are lifted off. Who does not want this gone! Think about it, this is like having a couple of mild peels done without the stinging.
There is mild warmth like warm rain or water hitting the skin, which causes collagen to be stimulated as well. This then gives the skin a warm glow with plumping because the water that gets lost in the treatment sends a response to the skin to make more collagen which tightens the skin. Skin Radiance in a flash!
Now, this is a treatment that is a treat to the senses. During the treatment when the pigment is being blasted off it makes a noise that is loud and can make you jump. This is only an audial effect. What’s actually happening, is when the pigment is being exploded by the laser it’s the shattering that makes the noise. Like your windows on a windy day. It’s the wind not the window. After the treatment you may be a bit red, but your skin is so smooth its silk like.
I rate this a great treatment and it makes your skin smooth and open to receive all the nourishing things to put on it.
