The DOC Clinic is an established cosmetic clinic in Hoppers Crossing that provides non-invasive cosmetic skin treatments and accommodates the anti-aging treatment needs of patients within the metropolitan area and throughout Victoria. Meet Dr Ed Omarjee – “The Doc”

Dr Ed Omarjee came from humble beginnings after graduating with Bachelor degrees in Medicine and Surgery with Honours in 1999. During his undergraduate years he was awarded the Evatt Memorial medal in Anatomy (1st year) and the Stoney Memorial Gold medal (2nd year) for the most proficient medical student in Anatomy at the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland (RCSI). And also awarded the R A Rodda Prize in pathology (University of Tasmania). From here, he went on to complete his Basic Surgical Trainee program (The Alfred Hospital) before moving into general practice and later becoming a cosmetic doctor in Melbourne. Over the years, Dr Omarjee has continued to pursue his interest in cosmetic medicine and phlebology disciplines by undertaking further study and clinical training. Throughout the years, Dr Omarjee has continued to excel in the field of cosmetic medicine and gains great enjoyment from providing a variety of skin therapy procedures and treatments to patients.

THE EVATT MEMORIAL MEDAL IN ANATOMY This medal is presented by the Association of Graduates of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in memory of Professor E. J. R. Evatt who occupied the Chair of Anatomy in the College from 1913 to 1947. The medal is awarded at the close of the summer session to the First Year most proficient in Anatomy.
STONEY MEMORIAL GOLD MEDAL IN ANATOMY This medal is awarded at the close of the second term of second year session to the student of the school who proves him/herself most proficient in Anatomy by examination. It is named in honour of Mr John Henry Loftie Stoney, a graduate and Fellow of the College who was a demonstrator in anatomy in RCSI and a lecturer in the Carmichael School from 1878-1883.
