What to Expect During a Secret RF Treatment
Before starting Secret RF treatment, preparation of the skin will take place. The device is then applied to the selected area of the face or body. A typical session may take around an hour, though this can vary depending on the settings used and the areas being treated. Usually a prescription topical numbing cream is applied for 45 minutes prior to the treatment to make the treatment more comfortable.
After treatment, the skin may appear red or feel warm. Some swelling can also occur, which may differ depending on the settings used and the concern being addressed. In some cases, aftercare may include avoiding the use of active skincare products for a short period, allowing the skin time to recover.
Exion RF Microneedling treatments generally take 30-45 minutes, depending on the area being treated. Most patients describe the sensation as a warm pressure or light prickling. Mild redness or swelling is common and typically settles within hours to a day, allowing most people to resume regular activities the same day.
